The company was founded by brothers Athanasios & Stergios Gantzoula in 2000 as a company of the Group companies Gantzoula with main active in Real Estate. Group Gantzoula since 1976 activates in a wide range of mostly Public Works, special expertise, the owners of which were public organizations such as electricity, telephone, and Public Works Depa.

In July 2009 the TRIKAT AEKTE absorbed the construction of the parent GANTZOULAS ATEE contractor and obtained 6th class contractor's certificate. After absorbing all the experience, expertise, organization, equipment, labor and worksite facilities are transferred to the company TRIKAT AEKTE. Similarly, the company's headquarters moved to Anthousa Attica Street, Syrian No. 18 and the company's management takes the same Board with that of GANTZOULAS ATEE.

Now the TRIKAT AEKTE is the largest construction company of Gantzoula’s Group, which together with other Group companies continue to operate vigorously, as the parent company GANTZOULAS ATEE, draw and execution of complex infrastructure projects and major building projects large budget and complex knowledge.
